To use our services or access other features of the App, you may be required to provide certain information such as your name, email address, date of birth, gender, mobile phone number, and one-time password (OTP).These fields may be mandatory, and without this information, you may not be able to register or use our services.
1.1.2. Postal Address. You may provide your postal address.
1.1.3. Financial Transaction Details. Information related to your financial transactions, such as purchase confirmations and transaction receipts provided by third-party platforms (e.g., App Store, Google Play). We do not have access to or store your payment card or bank account details directly.
1.1.4. App Usage Details. Information about your visits to our App and the resources you access.
1.1.5. Support Information. Information required when you report a problem with our App or services, such as the subject of your support request.
1.1.6. Location Data. Location information, if you have given consent for us to collect and process these data.
2. Information We Collect Automatically
2.1. When you sign up for the App, we collect certain Personal Data (e.g., first name, surname, email, etc.) that you provide during the registration process. This information is collected to create and manage your account, provide access to the App’s features, and facilitate any transactions or services you may request.
2.2. During each visit to our App, we may automatically collect information about the devices you use and the networks you connect to while using our services. This information may include:
2.2.1. Device and Network Information: your IP address, login details, operating system, device type, advertising identifier, and other technical information.
2.2.2. App Usage Information: information about your visit, including the URL clickstream to, though, and from our App, products you viewed or searched for, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interactions, and any phone number used to contact our customer service.

9.1 Information Usage. If you follow a link to any of these websites, please note that these websites have their own privacy practices and that we do not accept any responsibility or liability for these policies. 9.3 Withdrawal. For electronic marketing communications: You can withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link provided in each communication we send you.

13. Authentication Security
For authentication, the App uses one-time passwords (OTPs) sent via SMS. We take reasonable measures to ensure the secure transmission of OTPs, including using encrypted communication channels to minimize the risk of unauthorized interception.
However, the security of the OTPs also depends on your vigilance. You are responsible for ensuring the security of the device used to receive OTPs and should not share these OTPs with anyone. If you suspect that your OTPs or device have been compromised, please contact us immediately.
